HOW WE WORK

Our liberty is bound together. No person, or community, exists in isolation, which means we need each other, and we need to learn from each other. It also means the nurturing, safety, and wellbeing of our youth are inextricably linked.

The most effective solutions to filling in the gaps for music, academic support, mental health, social development will be crafted by a diverse and collaborative community, with those affected by the absence of support.

We are constantly evaluating, listening, correcting, implementing, and innovating. We do not fail when we change the course of our approach to nurturing, mentoring, and teaching our youth. Growth is an indicator of health and aliveness. We fail when we are unwilling to change!!

LTM is about helping our youth in finding, and offering, our best response to growing issues in this time of unfolding crisis.

We will aim to offer tools that help our youth face the mess they are in, as well as find and play our role in the collective transition, or Great Turning, towards a society and way of being that support the flourishing of life.

We hold ourselves to a high standard. We are committed to being fair, objective, and proactively transparent in our decisions and behaviors. We honor our commitments to your youth and doing the right thing, even when no one is looking.

We do not see challenges and setbacks as barriers to success, but as invitations to think creatively and push forward with courage and resolution to nurture our youth
